Giving Tree Realty buys Dilworth home

Residential real estate firm Giving Tree Realty has purchased a historic property in Dilworth. Giving Tree will operate out of the 4,482-square-foot building that has stood at 1244 East Boulevard since 1927.
The building, which features a finished basement and loft, has been used for offices and retail. Former owners Robert and Joan Rash ran an architecture firm and sold antiques at the site until their retirement. Red Sky Art Gallery later occupied the space.
MPV Properties assisted the Rashes in the $915,000 sale, which occurred in late December.
