M/I Homes adds Fort Mill homesites

M/I Homes has opened two new sections in Hawk’s Creek, a Fort Mill community close to Lake Wylie. The expansion adds 48 homesites, bringing the development’s plots to 161.
The new communities, dubbed The Palmettos and The Redwoods, will debut four M/I Homes plans. They are the Isabella, which features a chef-style kitchen paired with an open living space and up to five bedrooms; the Claremont, which features a flexible floor plan; The Belmeade, which offers a two-story foyer that opens to a formal dining room and large family room; and The Berkley, which provides an option of a guest suite or study on the main floor.
Prices range from $278,990 to $452,950, depending on the plan and options selected. Pricing for move-in ready homes starts in the $340’s. The development is at 1954 Gold Hill Road.
M/I Homes, based in Columbus, Ohio, has built nearly 90,000 single-family homes nationwide.
