M/I Homes opens two models in Sutton Mill

FORT MILL, S.C. — M/I Homes has opened two model homes in Sutton Mill, a 93-homesite development near Baxter Village in Fort Mill. House plans range from 1,714 square feet to more than 3,200 square feet, with base prices ranging between $245,990 and $307,490.
Models include The Claiborne, a ranch-style home with great-room space devoted to either a living or dining room. Those opting for a dining area will have an extra-large family room opening to a kitchen with center island. Master bedrooms include a walk-in closet and an optional adjoining sitting room.
The Newport, meanwhile, offers the option of choosing a formal living and dining room, or changing the living room into a study. This style has a master bedroom on one side of the house, with three additional bedrooms on the other side. Options include a half-floor upstairs for additional living space with full bath.
Sutton Mill is at 296 North Sutton Road, Fort Mill.
M/I Homes, based in Columbus, Ohio, has built nearly 90,000 single-family homes nationwide.
