Marvin approves plat for age-restricted community

Listen to this articleThe Marvin Village Council on Tuesday night gave final plat approval to two phases of the Courtyards of Marvin, an age-restricted community comprising 61 single-family lots on Providence Road, just north of Bonds Grove Church Road.
Epcon Communities is developing the 20.35-acre site.
Epcon says it already has sold 18 lots and construction is expected to start immediately.
