The Matthews town board held a public hearing on Monday night seeking comments on a proposed streamlining of the city’s codes into a “unified development ordinance,” combining zoning, subdivision regulations, flood prevention and housing under one umbrella.
Development planned for Providence Road just south of I-485

Riverwalk talk
