M/I Homes breaks ground at Aberdeen, new townhome community

M/I Homes is adding a new affordable home option in Charlotte as it breaks ground  at Aberdeen, a community of 279 townhomes in north Charlotte. Aberdeen is located at 3321 Ridge Road.  It’s close to Mallard Creek Park, with convenient access to I-485 and the LYNX Blue Line. Prices are in the $300s. 

Buyers can choose from three floor plans ranging from 1,601 to 1,787 square feet. Townhomes at Aberdeen will feature up to three bedrooms, open kitchen space with islands, office space, 1- and 2-car garages, and more. Granite countertops and hard surface flooring are among the design features.  Lawn maintenance is included with HOA dues. Homeowners will be able to cool off at the planned community pool and cabana. 

Sales will begin on Saturday, November 5 at a special event from 11 am to 2 pm at Aberdeen. M/I will provide a list of available homes for sale with details on their interior design selections.
