Alliance Residential Realty, one of the largest multifamily developers in the nation, has closed on the acquisition of nearly 11 acres located at 5050 Ridge Road in Charlotte, North Carolina for the development of Broadstone Highland Creek, a walkable luxury multifamily community. Construction of Broadstone Highland Creek will begin this year and is set to welcome residents in early 2022.
Upon completion, Broadstone Highland Creek will consist of 260 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units averaging 991 square feet and seven townhomes. Designed by architect Cline Design Associates and civil engineering firm McAdams, the project will also include 8,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space on Ridge Road. Amenities will include a resort-style pool, clubroom, state-of-the-art fitness center and dog park.
“As Alliance Residential Realty continues to look for opportunities to provide centrally-located housing options in Charlotte that offer high-end finishes, cutting-edge technology, extensive community amenities and unique living experiences, Highland Creek was the next logical neighborhood to add to our portfolio,” said Alliance Residential Realty’s Carolinas Managing Director Donald Santos. “Located in the highly sought-after Highland Creek neighborhood, Broadstone Highland Creek will provide residents with all the convenient perks of city life in a warm, suburban community.”
Conveniently located off I-485 and in close proximity to Mallard Creek Community Park, The Tradition Golf Club, Shoppes at Highland Creek and the newly-opened Studio Movie Grill, residents of Broadstone Highland Creek will have access to numerous neighborhood entertainment options right on their doorstep.
Broadstone Highland Creek is the latest show of Alliance Residential Realty’s commitment to the Carolinas. In January, the company announced the acquisition of nearly 15 acres located at 2215 Silver Crescent Dr. in Charlotte for the development of Broadstone Ayrsley. Broadstone Queen City in Charlotte’s sought-after South End neighborhood is welcoming residents this month into 260 studio, one- and two-bedroom residences. Last year, the company delivered 345 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments at Broadstone Bryant Park in Charlotte’s FreeMore West neighborhood and 342 studio, one- and two-bedroom units at Broadstone Durham in highly sought-after downtown Durham, N.C. Additionally, Alliance Residential Realty has several upcoming projects in 2020 in the Charlotte, Charleston and Raleigh-Durham markets.
