Levine Family Office Purchases Wells Fargo Building in SouthPark

Levine Family Office has announced the purchase of The Wells Fargo Building, located at 4525 Sharon Road across from SouthPark Mall, for $13,650,000. The acquisition officially closed on August 15, 2019.

“The Wells Fargo Building is a great addition to the Levine Family portfolio because of its excellent location and the explosive development happening in SouthPark,” said President of Levine Properties, Daniel Levine, who owns other buildings in the area. “As a native Charlottean and commercial real estate developer, it has been incredible to watch SouthPark grow from a suburban neighborhood into an mini urban center.  My family’s continued investment in SouthPark should demonstrate how bullish we are on the future of this area.”

The Wells Fargo building is a four-story, 44,000 square foot office building, completely occupied by Wells Fargo, who will remain the sole tenant until March 2020.

Wells Fargo, the seller, was represented by John Saclarides and CBRE’s Patrick Gildea and Matt Smith. Wade Finger of Levine Properties represented Levine Family Office.
