NewStyle Communities’ newest active adult neighborhood, The Courtyards at Cramerton in Belmont, celebrated its official groundbreaking with a ribbon cutting ceremony on May 24.

Sales have been brisk since beginning in September. “The Courtyards at Cramerton is designed to be an old-fashioned neighborhood,” said Brock Fankhauser, the principal of NewStyle Communities. “I think that true sense of community is a big part of why people are choosing this community. Buyers can choose from an array of personalized, structural features including second-story bonus suites, screened porches and enlarged garages. Homes are priced in the $300’s.
