MillBridge, a residential master planned community by Landeavor, received three of the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte’s major achievement in market excellence (MAME) awards at a ceremony last week: Developer of the Year, Marketing Professional of the Year and the Best Sales Environment award.
“We have received several awards for our amenities in the past, which is why it’s so rewarding to be recognized for the operational and marketing strengths that allow us to provide a unique small-town feel for our residents,” states marketing manager, Kelley Archer. “Given the booming and competitive market, I believe this award really says a lot about our community here in Waxhaw,” adds Archer.
Through the MAME awards program, the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte honors builders, developers, remodelers and associates who have made a significant and creative contribution in residential marketing. Recently, the North Carolina Home Builders Association’s named MillBridge N.C. Community of the Year as well.
