Luxury homebuilder Classica Homes has nearly doubled its headquarters space at the Ayrsley mixed-use community in Steele Creek, leasing an additional 3,800 square feet to increase its total space to 8,017 square feet.

The new space will hold Classica’s showroom and design studio, which the homebuilder will relocate from a model home at its Providence Retreat community in south Charlotte. With eight communities throughout the Charlotte region, Classica decided to move the design studio to a permanent location at Ayrsley.

“Our footprint stretches from Cornelius to south Charlotte and beyond, and we needed a central location for our design studio that’s convenient for our customers in order to provide better service and an inspiring experience,” said Bill Saint, president and CEO of Classica Homes. “With this new space in Steele Creek, we’ll be able to bring our team together under one roof and deliver an even higher level of care for our homeowners.”

Classica Homes plans to occupy the new space in May. With the expansion, Classica Homes is now the sole tenant on the second floor of the 2215 Ayrsley Town Boulevard building. William Hodges, vice president at New Forum, represented the landlord. John Christenbury and Kris Westmoreland of Cushman & Wakefield represented Classica Homes.
