
Uncle Maddio’s Pizza
Renovations are complete at the Kings Square retail center in Midtown, according to a press release from developer MPV Properties.
MPV began remodeling the existing structure in February. Tenants iColor Nails and Subway remained open during the remodel which consisted of improvements to the exterior
facade of the building.
Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint, which opened July 22, and CycleBar, which opened Aug. 25, are new to the center.
Kings Square is at South Kings Drive and Luther Street, across from the Metropolitan.
Eric Nichols, J.Q. Freeman and Mary Bryant of MPV Properties managed the redevelopment and are handling the leasing at the center, while ai Design Group is responsible for the design of the remodel. Doerre Construction was the general contractor for the project.
