The town of Davidson will host a public-input session on NVR-Ryan Homes’ proposal to build 80 single-family homes south of June Washam Road.
The developer wants to build the subdivision on 52 vacant acres east of Davidson Run Lane. Plans call for nearly 21 acres of open space and a density of 1.6 units per acre.
According to the town, NVR-Ryan Homes is working with officials from Davidson and the North Carolina Department of Transportation on realigning a portion of June Washam Road to support traffic mitigation at the planned development.
The meeting will be 4-7 p.m. July 13 in the Davidson Town Hall board room. While there will be no formal presentation, the developer and members of the Davidson Planning Department will be on hand to discuss the proposal and answer questions.
