Apartment association hosts annual meeting

Listen to this articleThe Greater Charlotte Apartment Association will host its annual breakfast meeting at the Hilton Charlotte Center City on July 28.
Jay Parsons, vice president for MPF Research, will discuss trends in multifamily supply and demand, rent growth, net absorption, and occupancy rates.
Registration begins at 7:30 a.m., with the breakfast program scheduled from 8-10 a.m. The cost is $42 for association members, and $47 for nonmembers.

The Greater Charlotte Apartment Association, founded in 1977, represents firms and individuals who develop, manage and own multifamily housing. The group focuses on industry education and legislation.
