The Warren Norman Co. has opened the second phase of its Harlinsdale development in Rock Hill.
The 15 single-family lots vary in size from half an acre to nearly 2 acres. Homes will range from 3,500 square feet to 7,400 square feet, with prices between $400,000 and $700,000.
Warren Norman said it will give the first four buyers of a home site a $10,000 reduction off the list price.
Phase one of the development, which is on India Hook Road, features 75 single-family residences.
