Beacon Partners is developing a speculative manufacturing/distribution warehouse on 4.6 acres at the International Business Park in Concord.

The 50,425-square-foot Class A building is slated for completion by the end of June.

Beacon Partners said the building, at 4537 Enterprise Drive Northwest, will feature an oversized drive-in door and up to 12 docking areas.

“The future occupant will also benefit from a large, expandable car parking area in front of the facility, a separate truck entrance at the rear, and large window elevations on the office corner offering a Class A curbside appeal,” said Sean McDonnell, director of build to suit development at Beacon Partners.

Myers & Chapman is the project contractor, and Merriman Schmitt is the architect. Anne Johnson and Bryan Crutcher of CBRE are in charge of leasing.

Some 30 companies operate out of the 517-acre International Business Park, which is at Interstate 85 and N.C. Highway 73.

Beacon Partners leases and manages more than 9 million square feet of office and industrial space in the Carolinas.
