Concord Airport Business Park will soon be home to a new tenant with iTek Corp. announcing a move this week.
The commercial print and business solutions company will be vacating its offices and manufacturing facility in Charlotte and moving to Concord in October, according to a release from the company.
The Concord City Council unanimously approved an economic incentives package for the company on Monday that includes a three-year, 85 percent tax reduction.
“The growth in our industrial tax base means more resources to provide public services, so we can keep taxes low for residential property owners,” said Concord Mayor Scott Padgett in the release.
The company will join other Concord Airport Business Park tenants Amazon and Roush Fenway Racing. The new address will be 7075 Aviation Blvd., Concord. The company plans to have 50 employees at the new facility.
