Construction has launched on 2312 Selwyn, a four-story luxury condo project in Myers Park.
The development, at the corner of Selwyn Avenue and Croydon Road, features eight apartments priced between $1 million and $1.4 million. The units are slated for completion in the first quarter.
Each of the two- and three-bedroom units feature hardwood flooring, 10-foot ceilings, custom cabinetry, stone countertops, Thermador appliances, covered outdoor porches, and gas fireplaces. The building will feature gated parking with two spaces per unit.
Father–and-son developers Ron and Chris Kennerly of Davidson spearheaded the project. They have built more than 1,100 lakefront condos in the Lake Norman area.
Miller Architecture is the lead architect on 2312 Selwyn, and Steven Cuff Construction is the general contractor. HM Properties is the listing agent.
