Andy Dinkin of Coldwell Banker Commercial MECA, in partnership with Ira Slomka of the Sterling Fox Group, has closed on the property at 521 East Blvd. in Charlotte’s Dilworth neighborhood.
The law firm Fink & Hayes signed a lease for the building, which was purchased for $879,000 with plans to spend about $100,000 on improvements, including a new exterior paint color.
Financing was being provided by Carolina Premier Bank.
