The city of Kannapolis will dedicate its new City Hall and police headquarters during a ceremony beginning at 4 p.m. on Dec. 14. Tours will be offered both before the ceremony, from 2:30-3:30 p.m., and also following a short City Council meeting at the conclusion of the ceremony. The new building is at 401 Laureate Way, Kannapolis. The 106,000-square-foot building was designed by Creech and Associates architecture firm and constructed by Rodgers Builders.
