Childress Klein venture sells Huntersville office park

Childress Klein and WHI Real Estate Partners have sold the Kenton Circle office park in Huntersville for $27 million.

A joint venture between Acre Valley Real Estate Capital and ABS Partners Real Estate bought the nearly 136,000-square-foot, three-building portfolio along Sam Furr Road.

Anchor tenants include Bank of America Corp., Wells Fargo & Co., and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolinas Realty.

Childress Klein will continue to serve as property manager and leasing agent for the new owner.

CBRE Group’s Patrick Gildea led the sale on behalf of Childress Klein.

“Kenton Circle drew strong demand from both private and institutional buyers who were attracted to the property’s stability and top-quality tenancy,” Gildea said.
