The city of Concord is seeking a consultant to work on the urban design of its downtown master plan. The designated firm will be responsible for completing guidelines for public and private investment decisions in the area over the next five years.
City officials estimate it will take about six months to complete the plan, which will require stakeholder interviews, community outreach, a review of the city’s zoning and development code and an implementation strategy.
