MPV Properties is marketing less than half an acre in Dilworth as a potential site for an office building. The property, slightly south of the intersection of Morehead Street and Kenilworth Avenue, currently has two single-family 1940s-era houses on it.
MPV Properties is proposing a 12,000- to 18,000-square-foot office building at the site, which is near Pappas Properties’ new 184-unit Solis apartment development. The property is already zoned for office use.
