CapRidge Partners has purchased Carmel Park, a two-building office complex on Carmel Commons Boulevard in south Charlotte.
The deal marks the Austin-based real estate investment and management company’s entrance into the Charlotte market.
According to leasing agent Trinity Partners, CapRidge is planning extensive renovations, including lobby, bathroom and outdoor area upgrades.
Major tenants include Pulte Group, Certus Bank, Gentiva Health Services, and M3 Engineering. The property is 80 percent leased.

In other developments, Trinity Partners has landed a contract as property manager of The Foundry building in Charlotte’s Third Ward. Tenants include craft-beer bar Draught, apparel retailer Straight Stitch & Co., and Wagner Murray Architects.
