Mortgage lender Angel Oak Home Loans is opening multiple branches across North Carolina, in Charlotte, Cary, Raleigh and Wilmington.
The Atlanta-based company says it is expanding here because the N.C. housing market is experiencing rapid growth in sales and construction.
“We are truly thrilled about opening the door to North Carolina home buyers and building the Angel Oak brand in North Carolina,” said Whitney Fite, company president, in a written statement. “Our lending philosophy is founded upon the idea of providing homebuyers access to innovative portfolio loan programs while consistently delivering an exceptional client experience, both for our clients and referral partners.”
The company was founded in 2008.
