Ginny Magrath joins LS3P’s Charlotte office

Ginny Magrath has joined the Charlotte office of architecture firm LS3P. Magrath earned a master’s degree in architecture from UNC-Charlotte and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Clemson University.
Giving Tree Realty adds 11 new associates
Giving Tree Realty has added 11 new broker associates to its team over the past three months. They are Kathryn Daniel, Shivam Patel, Amelia Old, Curtis Waters, Kelly Flynn, Chelsea Weavil, John Small, Kelly Rickard, Audra Moore, Tim Queen and Patricia Limberakis. Broker-in-charge Bruce Bleiman and CEO Brandy Gaiser Bleiman, who have 53 years of combined real estate service experience, founded Giving Tree Realty in 2010 and offer both residential and commercial real estate services as well as property management.
