WAXHAW – Pulte Homes will be adding 50 more homes to the 900-acre MillBridge community in Waxhaw.
Pulte will begin construction and home sales within the next 90 days. The homes will be adjacent to a planned nature park and will provide views of a creek that runs through the site.
“Pulte Homes is a natural addition to the neighborhood,” said David Frame, principal of MillBridge developer Landeavor LLC, in a statement. “Their brand, product and architecture fit seamlessly with the family-oriented lifestyle at MillBridge. The team at Pulte are driven by consumer-inspired ideas and create homes ideal for buyers’ everyday lives.”
Homes at MillBridge range from $200,000 to $600,000, and Kelley Archer, marketing manager at Landeavor, said Pulte’s homes will be in the upper end of that price range.
At build out, MillBridge will include about 2,000 single-family homes and several outdoor amenities, such as an outdoor pool with a lazy river and a water slide and a fitness facility, as well as parks and greenways.
Bonterra Homes and Essex Homes are both currently building homes in the community. About 425 homes have been built so far, according to Archer.
