Trinity Capital Advisors is developing a class-A office building in North Charleston’s Faber Place submarket. LS3P Architects designed the 125,000-square-foot building, dubbed Faber Plaza. Trinity Capital, a Charlotte-based real estate development and investment firm, is partnering with Durlach Associates of Charleston on the project.
A groundbreaking will be held in late July. Construction is slated for completion in April.
The Faber Place submarket is 95 percent leased, and home to the Charleston Chamber of Commerce, Charleston County Economic Development, Boeing, Comcast, and Select Health.
