Listen to this articleCushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by Boywic Farms Ltd. for the management and leasing assignment of Interstate West located at 1800 & 1900 Scott Futrell Drive in Charlotte. The industrial property consists of two buildings totaling about 112,000 square feet.
The Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer team includes portfolio manager Betsy Good and exclusive leasing representatives Eric Ridlehoover and Fermin Deoca. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer manages over 25 million square feet of commercial real estate properties in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia and over 5,700 multifamily units.
