CHARLOTTE – The Charlotte Chapter of the Risk Management Association will hold its annual real estate breakfast from 8:30-10 a.m. Tuesday, May 5 at the Charlotte City Club.
Featured speakers will be Jay Colvin IV, director of real estate research and analysis company Metrostudy, and Jessica Rossi of consulting firm Kimley-Horn and Associates.
Colvin and Rossi will provide an update on residential and commercial real estate markets and key issues affecting them in Charlotte and nationally, followed by a question and answer session.
Registration is due by May 1 at http://bit.ly/1G3vwiB. The cost is $20 for RMA associate members and $25 for nonmembers. Onsite registration and networking begin at 8 a.m. and the program begins at 8:30 in the Queen City Ballroom of the club, at 121 W. Trade St., Charlotte.
