Houses at the 72-acre Cameron Creek development in Tega Cay will range from 2,000 to 3,200 square feet. The new M/I Homes community features 317 home sites.
M/I Homes has begun selling at its two new Charlotte-area developments, Sutton Mill in Fort Mill and Cameron Creek in Tega Cay.
Sutton Mill, on North Sutton Road near Baxter Village, will feature ranch and two-story homes on 93 sites. Prospective buyers can select from designs that include open great rooms, kitchens with large islands, and flexible living space. Plans are between 1,714 and 3,200 square feet. Prices range from $242,990 to $303,990.
Cameron Creek has 317 home sites, including 177 single-family homes and 140 townhomes on 72 acres. The development is off S.C. Highway 160 between Gold Hill Road and Interstate 77. The two-story and ranch-style residences will vary from 2,000 to 3,200 square feet and feature front porches and HardiePlank exteriors. Prices are between $289,990 and $339,990 for single-family homes.
M/I Homes said it will release pricing and designs for the townhomes mid-summer. Amenities will include a pool and cabana.
