Village of Marvin holds public meeting

The village of Marvin has scheduled the first of two public information sessions to discuss Regency Centers’ request to rezone property at the southeast corner of Providence and New Town roads. Regency wants to build a shopping center anchored by a Publix and an age-restricted residential community on the nearly 39 acres.
The meeting, slated for Monday, March 23, will include a brief presentation by the applicant, with time reserved for general comments, questions and answers.
Guests are requested to sign in to participate in the discussion. The meeting will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. at Banks Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall, 10012 New Town Road.
