Cushman & Wakefield to manage properties

Listen to this articleCushman & Wakefield|Thalhimer has been selected to manage and lease Quail Plaza, Arcade Square, Coffey Creek Business Park and Rubin Business Center.
TriGate Capital recently purchased Quail Plaza off Pineville-Matthews Road in south Charlotte. Portfolio manager Betsy Good and leasing representatives Mark C. Holoman and Meredith D. Ball will make up the Cushman & Wakefield Quail Plaza team.
Sky Management recently selected the company to lease and manage its three properties totaling 234,888 square feet. The Cushman & Wakefield|Thalhimer team will consist of portfolio manager Jerad Nielsen and leasing representatives Fermin Deoca and Eric Ridlehoover.
