LAKE NORMAN ─ Longtime Lake Norman resident and RealtorNadine Deason has joined Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.

Prior to joining Premier Sotheby’s, Nadine achieved more than $266 million in closed residential real estate sales since 2005 as a sales associate. A graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, she received her formal real estate training at the Mingle School of Real Estate and the Bill Gallagher School of Real Estate Dynamics. She is an active Rotarian and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Realtors Association, the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, and the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce. Prior to her real estate career, she spent 20 years as a registered nurse.
Nadine and her team of associates will be based in the company’s Lake Norman office, under the direction of managing broker Matthew Paul Brown. A licensed real estate broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina with over 10 years of experience, Brown serves the Charlotte community by supporting the YWCA, YMCA, Thompson Child Family Focus, Greater Charlotte Heart Association, and 24 Hours of Booty Cancer Cycle ride.
