Stockbridge Capital Group has purchased Perimeter Woods Business Park from Trinity Capital Advisors. The four-building office and warehouse park was Trinity’s last remaining property in the mixed-used development.
Perimeter Woods is across from Northlake Mall off Interstate 77 at exit 18. It is 313,407 square feet and 81 percent occupied, and tenants include the American Red Cross, Black & Decker and The Charlotte Observer.
The sale was brokered by Dunn Mileham, Trinity Partners’ director of investment sales, on behalf of Perimeter Woods Business Park LLC, a joint venture between Trinity Capital Advisors, Core Properties and Collet.
Stockbridge, which currently owns mixed-use, apartment and industrial buildings around Charlotte, was unrepresented.
Trinity bought the park and 68 adjacent acres in 2002 and began developing the Class A office, retail and multifamily property in 2006.
