Pinpoint Warehousing Inc. is assuming a lease for 102,400 square feet in Building 18-B of the complex at 3915 Shopton Road that used to house Shutterfly. The Charlotte-based logistics company will move its corporate offices to the building in September, following a new long-term contract Pinpoint signed with Ballantyne Brands to co-pack its electronic cigarette and vaporizers products. Pinpoint will continue to operate its existing warehouse facility at 11515 Granite St.
ScentAir Technologies Inc. is leasing 57,600 square feet in Building 18-D at 3810 Shutterfly Road and will relocate its headquarters to the site in late 2014 or early next year.
Also moving into building 18-D in November is Norcomp, a manufacturer and distributor of connector products. Norcomp leased 16,000 square feet.
The four-building, 422,400-square-foot complex making up the industrial park are owned by a joint venture between Trinity Capital Advisors and PCCP. Bill Woods was responsible for leasing the properties, which are 93 percent occupied.
The joint venture has two remaining vacancies available, including 6,444 square feet at Building 18-A and 22,400 square feet at Building 18-D.
“In just 18 months, we’ve taken the portfolio from 47 percent to 93 percent occupancy,” said Greg Schild, director of asset management at Trinity Capital.
