Renter wants out of her creepy house

Listen to this articleImagine watching TV and discovering that the house you’re renting was the scene of terrible serial killings.
It happened to one Missouri woman who was watching a program on cold cases when she realized the Ferguson, Mo., house she was sitting in was the same place that serial killer Maury Travis used as a torture chamber.
The landlord even gave her the dining room table; the same one from the crime scene photos.
“When she showed us the house, she said you can have this table if you want,” Catrina McGhaw told a local TV station. “This whole basement was his torture chamber and it’s not OK.”
The woman called her landlord, begging to get out of the lease, but the landlord was unrelenting. As it turned out, the landlord is the killer’s mom.
