Harker Doerre handling $1.3M Ally Center upfit for Driven Brands

CHARLOTTE — Harker Doerre, a Charlotte-based general contractor, is upfitting 26,753-square-feet  on the seventh floor of Ally Center for Driven Brands.

That’s according to Mecklenburg County’s online building permits database.

On Tuesday, the county issued a permit, for $1.3 million in work, to Charlotte-based Trinity Partners, which handles leasing at Ally Center, an uptown office tower at 440 S. Church St.

Harker Doerre and Trinity could not be immediately reached for comment.

The Mecklenburg Times reported in December that Driven Brands was moving its headquarters to the entire seventh floor of the building. Driven oversees auto-related franchises, including Maaco, Meineke, Meineke/Econo-Lube, Aero Colours, AutoQual and Drive N Style.
