CHARLOTTE — True Homes has been awarded at least six building permits worth a total of $738,368 during the past week and a half or so to construct single-family homes in Charlotte.
Two of the homes will be in the Villages at Back Creek subdivision, while two will be built in the Stratford Pond development. In the WaterLyn subdivision and the Oakdale South section of the city, one home each is planned.
The houses will cost from $104,201 to $175,080 to build. Five will have two stories, and one will be a one-story home. They will range in size from 1,671 to 2,975 square feet and will have either four bedrooms and three bathrooms or three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
True Homes officials could not be reached for comment.
