Alexander leaving Concorde Construction for Jones Lang LaSalle

Alexander

CHARLOTTE — Holly Alexander, past president of CREW Charlotte, said she is leaving Concorde Construction to work for the Charlotte office of Jones Lang LaSalle as a senior leasing associate.

Alexander, director of business development for Charlotte-based Concorde Construction, said Nov. 12 will be her first day with JLL.

At JLL, she will work with Charles Jonas, Charley Leavitt and Tom FitzGerald under the leadership of market director Chase Monroe, Alexander said.

JLL’s major properties in the Charlotte market include Fifth Third Center, 200 and 201 S. Tryon St., Fairview Center I and II and Innovation Park.

Alexander worked at Concorde for 5 1/2 years. Before that, she was a marketing coordinator for Rosser International in Atlanta. Rosser is an architecture, engineering and program management firm.

In 2005, she moved to Charlotte to work for Concorde.

David Privitera, president of Concorde, described Alexander’s new job as “changing gears a bit, going from construction to real estate brokerage. But I know she is equipped to handle it.

“Hopefully, JLL can now become a client of ours because of my contact with Holly,” he said.
