Jones Lang LaSalle said it has been picked to handle leasing for Fifth Third Center, a building in Uptown at 201 N. Tryon St.
Atlanta-based Parmenter Realty Partners owns the 30-story, 678,000-square-foot building, which, according to Chicago-based JLL, has roughly 117,000 vacant square feet on floors 20 through 24.
The asking rent for space in the building is roughly $29.50 a square foot, according to JLL.
Charles Jonas, of JLL’s Charlotte office, said the building has had an Energy Star designation since 2005 and Parmenter plans to “continue investing to ensure it remains as green as possible.”
Other tenants in the building include Fifth Third Bank, McGuireWoods, Carousel Capital and Bank of America, Jonas said.
