Forsite Development said it will build homes as part of its ReVenture Park project planned for the border of Mecklenburg and Gaston counties.
Forsite said the homes would be built on 578 acres of residential property that wraps the ReVenture site. The homes will be powered with renewable energy and built with recycled materials, Forsite said.
With the addition of the residential property, the ReVenture project – dubbed by Forsite as Charlotte’s first “eco-industrial” park – now totals more than 1,226 acres.
