The Summers Walk residential development in Davidson is about to get a new builder.
Ryan Homes said it plans to build single-family homes, priced from the low $220,000s and with up to six bedrooms and five baths, two-car garages and as much as 4,000 square feet of interior space.
Units will range from one to three floors. Custom options include first-floor guest suites, screened porches, studies and three-car garages.
Charlotte-based Forest City Land Group developed the 450-home community, which features walking trails, a pool, clubhouse and a dog park.
Ryan is one of several homebuilding divisions of Reston, Va.-based NVR Inc., a real estate development company. Other NVR homebuilding divisions include NVHomes, Rymarc Homes and Fox Ridge Homes.
