The McDevitt Agency’s Project Tuesdays are started to look more like “Project Runway.”

At the mixers — described by the agency as a “cosmopolitan experience” — you can not only get your drink on, but your fashion fix, too.

August’s Project Tuesday, held at H Bar, was the first that featured a fashion component, Sophia Burrowes, a McDevitt residential real estate broker and the organizer of the event, told Meckcetera.

Models wore clothing from EpiCentre clothing shop Revolution.

The gatherings, which began in 2009 and used to be called “Mix and Mingle with the McDevitt Agency,” are “now bigger, better and sexier!” the agency says in promotional materials.

Restaurants and other venues now ask the agency if they can play host to the events, because Tuesdays are not exactly rocking nights for them, Burrowes told us.

To make them even more rocking, they now feature a DJ, starting with the August gathering.

Project Tuesdays, basically a way for McDevitt to brand itself, are free and open to the public and held every other month. The next one starts 6 p.m. today at Chima.

We though it was fitting that the models at the August event stood frozen on blocks:

There wasn’t much movement among the models, much like the housing market.
