Time Equities buys Taylors Square

New York-based Time Equities has purchased Taylors Square shopping center in Greenville, S.C. CBRE Charlotte agents Mike Burkard and Steve Shields represented the seller on the deal. Representing Michigan-based Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust on the sale were Craig Stipes and Matt Covington of CBRE Greenville.
