Charlotte home prices fell 4.3 percent in November from November 2009, according to data released Tuesday by Standard & Poor’s Case-Shiller Home Price Index. The index also showed that Charlotte home prices fell 0.4 percent from October to November. Charlotte was among 16 U.S. metro areas to see a decline in prices over the year.
