Skye developers strive for 70 percent completion by DNC 

More than a year after plans for the Skye condominium project were announced, the Uptown Charlotte project remains incomplete. Add in the troubled history of the building when it was known as The Park, and the 22-story structure has languished as an empty shell for almost three years.
