The Park Abbey building, 4600 Park Road, has a new tenant, now that Child Care Resources has signed an eight-year lease for 16,200 square feet, Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate announced last week.

The Charlotte City Council has OK’d a rezoning petition filed by Charlotte-based commercial real estate company Percival McGuire for approximately 23.96 acres south of West W.T.
