Goodrich completes $478M purchase of Microtecnica

Goodrich Corp. said it has completed its $478 million purchase of Italy-based Microtecnica. The purchase price is $16 million more than what Goodrich said it planned to pay Stirling Square Capital Partners when it announced the deal in April. Microtecnica provides flight-control systems for helicopters and other aircraft, missile actuation and aircraft thermal and environmental control systems. [...]
