Balfour Beatty upfits nearly 20,000 square feet in Bank of America Center 

Balfour Beatty is working on a $1.5 million, 19,085-square-foot project in the Bank of America Corporate Center for New York State-based Marsh & McLennan Cos., according to the Mecklenburg County building permits database.
